Monat offers its Market Partners a very robust Monat Compensation Plan.

In 2019, Monat expanded its innovative approach to naturally based anti-aging beyond hair care, MONAT introduces Skincare. MONAT Skincare is a revolutionary line of new products formulated for all skin types. It is formulated to fulfill 7 Anti- Aging Promises.
A Market Partner that has 200 in PV(personal Volume) each month is considered active.
Market Partners receive 30% of all retail customer order and 15% of their VIP orders.
Any active Market Partner qualifies for Unilevel bonuses for up to 4 levels of Market Partners under them.
Personal Sales bonuses are awarded each month.

Sell 1,000 – 1,999 PV and earn 3%

Sell 2,000 – 3,499 PV and earn 5%

Sell 3,500 PV or more and earn 10%
The First 6 Ranking Levels with requirements are:

Associate Market Builder – 400pv – 2400GV

Market Builder – 500pv- 4000GV

Managing Market Builder – 500pv- 4 active lines- 5000GV- 2MMP

Associate Market Builder – 500pv – 4 active Lines – 5000GV – 1MMP – 1 MMB
The newest change is that you do not need any active lines for the first 4 ranks. 50% of your Group Volume must come from Customers.
