As a Monat VIP customer, you are not required Monat Flexship orders. A qualifying order is $84 of product and will include a Just for You product and Free Shipping. Although not required Monat Flexships are a great way to get products on a schedule and receive the free Only for you items. You are not required to have a Flexship every month or in any special increment.
When you sign up as a VIP you will schedule your first Monat Flexship. If when your date arrives, you don’t need the scheduled products you can change your order or push out your date. You only need to purchase 3 times in your lifetime.
STEPS TO CHANGE MONAT FLEXSHIP

Go the Monat Website and login using your Username and Password

Go to Shop on the top menu bar and click MY FLEXSHIP
STEP 3

If you want to change what is in your order, click EDIT.

If you want to change or push your ship date, click CHANGE SHIP DATE.

If you are pushing your ship date it will ask you why

Select a reason and click SUBMIT
Monat recently launched Monat Concierge and your Market Partner can change your Flexship dates for you. They cannot change the items in your flexship but can change the ship date. You will need to grant your Market Partner access in a few easy steps.
You can take part the VIP Concierge Service by following these steps:
1. Log into your account at mymonat.com
2. Click on the drop-down menu within the upper right-hand corner.
3. Click on Account.
4. Within the Account Information page, select Yes to allow your Market Partner to manage your Flexship.
5. Check off the consent box.
6. Click Save.
Please note that once changes are saved, it may take several hours for this change to be reflected in your Market Partner’s report
